worn furniture ineffective cooling
The rooms condition i saw was not what i expected. some of the furniture looked a little worn. also, the air conditioning was not very effective. It struggled to keep the room cool, particularly during the day. i had some difficulty adjusting the temperature i wanted. the lack of effective cooling was a significant downside.

Acceptable, but Some Issues
The breakfast had a great variety of foods available.
I found that doors in the bathroom did not shut completely.. This was quite frustrating, especially considering the price of the junior suite. The air vents blew directly on us throughout the night.

sea view misleading photos
Breakfast had a great selection and the staff advised on wine and ouzo.
I booked a premium sea view room but could barely see the sea I saw the side at best. The website photos misled me because they showed a sofa and the room wasn't big enough for one. I was like I didn't get the room I paid for a cheaper side sea view room.

mixed feelings about this place
thin walls hostile concierge
the room walls seemed quite thin i could hear the neighbors' alarms MOST mornings. the concierge initially seemed rather hostile that was unexpected. calling from the room in english sometimes resulted in a 'no' which i found bizarre i had to call back.

dreamy days on the square
modern amenities rooftop location perfect location welcome basket
i loved my room decor, it had such modern amenities. the welcome basket also. i also loved the breakfast location, it had such a wonderful rooftop location. the hotel being on aristotelous square made it the perfect location, being right in the middle of everything.
the hotel needs to be more vigilant during these times and this should be more taken care of, to feel confortable .

breakfast was excellent and the rooftop garden meal was magnificent. the location of the breakfast area, on the top floor, had such a beautiful view. i enjoyed every moment that i spent eating here.

alexia was especially thoughtful and very kind. she helped a lot and gave very nice recomendations about the restaurants. the staff were really good and always were really good too make sure everything went well.

the rooftop bar and pool had a beautiful view of the city and the sea. the spa and beauty by argeo was perfect, it had a professional team of therapist. i had a massage with miss myrsini, it was high quality and rejuvenating.

rooftop view friendly staff helpful staff compact room shower leak noise isolation
The hotel location was fantastic! The breakfast on the rooftop had very nice views. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.
The classic rooms felt quite compact. I thought housekeeping may not have noticed the shower leak in the first room. The noise isolation was not great. I could hear the neighbors' alarms.

The breakfast was well-stocked.. I liked the variety of pastries available each morning. The location was very convenient, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff provided excellent service.
The bathroom felt a little small. There was some noise from the square during the night on the weekend. The internet connection was sometimes unstable.
